DeLoach Studios

At DeLoach Studios, we create custom merchandise, personalized products, digital designs, and downloadable creative resources.

All sales are final, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or preferences regarding approved designs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, sizes, colors, personalization, and other order details before purchasing.

Custom design services include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur fees that must be approved and paid before additional work begins.

Digital Products

Digital products, including PNG files, prompt packs, ebooks, templates, downloadable resources, and generator access, are generally non-refundable once delivered or made accessible.

Customers should review the product description and any software or account requirements before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact info@deloachstudios.com within three business days of delivery, when reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Missing Digital Access

If a purchased digital file or generator access guide is unavailable, contact us for assistance. We will work to restore access or provide the purchased content. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Cancellations and Delays

Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun. Requests made before production begins will be reviewed individually.

If we cannot fulfill an order or meet applicable shipping obligations, we will provide the cancellation or refund options required by law.
